The staff at Phelps Regional Homecare's Home Health program are skilled professional nurses and rehabilitation therapists who can provide you vital care in the comfort and convenience of your home.
Our team provides individualized, physician-supervised health care and rehabilitation therapy for the homebound patient, who otherwise would be unable to receive medical attention, in a warm and personal environment. In addition, the staff at Phelps Regional Homecare takes care of all the billing and necessary contacts with Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance companies. In most cases, Medicare and Medicaid will pay 100 percent of the cost of home health care. However, if you wish, you may pay for the care yourself; private insurance coverage varies with individual policies.

Homemaker/ In-Home Support
If you just need a little extra help, Phelps Regional Homecare's Homemaker/ In-Home Support program can help you remain independent in your home. Our services are provided on a nondiscriminatory basis and can benefit everyone, from the elderly and physically challenged to the healthy family on the go.
A caring individual will come to your home and assist you on a long-term or one-time basis with personal care services, housekeeping chores, meal planning, grocery shopping and a host of other important services. The goal, at Phelps Regional Homecare, is to allow you to enjoy your life to the fullest, while having the peace of mind of being at home.
For those who qualify, Medicaid will cover the cost of the Homemaker services. For those who need our services due to health reasons, some insurance policies may cover the expenses. The staff at Phelps Regional Homecare will gladly check with your insurance company for coverage. Those who do not qualify may purchase our services on a private-pay basis.
