Helpful Information

Located on the ground floor across from the visitor elevators.

The non-denominational chapel is located on the first floor next to the Emergency Department. Please dial (573) 458-PRAY (7729) for a recorded prayer. Prayers are updated daily. A chaplain is available at all times. Please ask your nurse to call or page a chaplain.

The Lily Pad Gift Shop
Provides an array of flowers, gift items, magazines and personal items. The Lily Pad Gift Shop is located inside the Main Entrance of the hospital. Hours of operation: Monday through Saturday 9 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.

HELP "Here Everyone Loves Patients" Program
Operated by the Auxiliary, this service helps patients with non-nursing duties (i.e., providing a blanket, reading with the patient, helping to make a telephone call, etc.) Call extension 7939 for assistance.

Lost and Found
Contact the main registration desk, located in the Main Entrance, if you find lost items or if you have lost personal belongings.

The hospital has a notary public available from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Call extension 7900 for this service.

For any security concerns, call (573) 458-7568, or dial '0' to inform the hospital operator, or ask any staff member for assistance. Your safety is our utmost concern.

Translators are available upon request. Please ask a staff member to arrange for an interpreter.

The hospital is a very public place with many people coming in and out of your room. We cannot ensure the security of your personal items and valuables. The hospital is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please leave jewelry, money or other valuables at home or with a loved one. If this is not possible, ask your nurse about storing your valuables in the hospital safe.
