Meet the Providers

Keith Frederick, DO

Orthopedic Surgeon Keith Frederick, DO, cares for patients at PCRMC Orthopedics. He is board-certified with the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery and is a Fellow in the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics. 

Dr. Frederick treats musculoskeletal ailments, including arthritis and trauma, using both surgical and nonsurgical treatments. His specialties include total joint replacement, arthroscopic surgery, fracture repair, injuries of the extremities and work-related injuries. 

Dr. Frederick joined PCRMC in 2010. He earned his medical degree from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Chicago, IL, and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Normandy Hospitals in St. Louis, MO. He founded the Osage Bone & Joint Clinic in Osage Beach, MO, in 1986 and the Frederick Knee Center in Rolla, MO, in 2005 before joining PCRMC Orthopedics. 

In addition to his role as an orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Frederick was first elected to the Missouri House of Representatives in 2010 and continues to serve the 121st District. He is the chairman of the Committee on Health and Mental Health Policy. Dr. Frederick brings more than 30 years of orthopedic experience to PCRMC.

 

Michael Potter, MD

Orthopedic Surgeon Alan Heincker, DO, cares for patients at PCRMC Orthopedics. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery and is board-eligible. 

Dr. Heincker treats musculoskeletal ailments, including arthritis and trauma, using both surgical and nonsurgical treatments. His specialties include total joint replacement, arthroscopic surgery, fracture repair, injuries of the extremities and work-related injuries.

Dr. Heincker joined PCRMC in 2015. He earned his medical degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, MO, and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Blue Springs, MO. Dr. Heincker brings 5 years of orthopedic experience to PCRMC.

 

 

Alan Heincker, DO

Orthopedic Surgeon Michael Potter, MD, cares for patients at PCRMC Orthopedics. He is board-certified with the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is fellowship trained in shoulder and elbow surgery. Dr. Potter treats musculoskeletal ailments, including arthritis and trauma, using both surgical and nonsurgical treatments. His specialties include total joint replacement, arthroscopic surgery, shoulder and elbow surgery, fracture repair, injuries of the extremities and work-related injuries. 

Dr. Potter joined PCRMC in 2012. He earned his medical degree from Ohio State University College of Medicine and Public Health in Columbus, OH, and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at State University of New York Upstate Medical Center. Dr. Potter completed a shoulder and elbow fellowship with George McCluskey III, MD, the director of St. Francis Orthopaedic Institute. Dr. Potter brings more than 5 years of orthopedic experience to PCRMC.

 

Brett Clayton, PA

Orthopedic Physician Assistant Brett Clayton cares for patients at PCRMC Orthopedics. He is a board-certified physician assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is a Fellow member of the Physician Assistants in Orthopedic Surgery (PAOS).

Brett Clayton is skilled in MRI, CT, ultrasound and X-ray interpretations; general orthopedics and sports medicine; intra-articular, bursal and tendon sheath injections; suturing, splinting, casting and fracture reductions; and preoperative and postoperative evaluation and treatment for inpatient and outpatient care. Brett Clayton joined PCRMC in 2013. He earned his Master of Health Sciences as a physician assistant from Drexel University Hahnemann Physician Assistant Program in Philadelphia, PA. Brett Clayton brings 8 years of orthopedic experience to PCRMC.
