Benefits Overview

PCRMC delivers a comprehensive set of benefits for employees including health, dental, vision and life insurance to name a few.

Paid Days Off

All regular full-time and regular part-time employees are eligible for paid days off after 90 days of employment. Employees may cash out up to 80 hours in pay per anniversary year (must have 40 hours remaining in PDO account). Employees accrue a higher percentage of available paid days off the longer they are employed and can accrue up to 480 hours.

  • 1-5 years – 8.82% of hours worked
  • 5-15 years – 11.12% of hours worked
  • 15+ years – 13.04% of hours worked

Special Sick Leave

All regular full-time and regular part-time employees are eligible for special sick leave after 90 days of employment. Employees accrue 2.68% of hours worked (based on maximum of 80 hours per pay period.)

401K Retirement Plan

All employees, upon hire, are auto enrolled at 2% into the 401k retirement plan after 30 days of employment. Employees  contribute 2-100% of annual salary, pre-tax. PCRMC matches 6% of salary after one year of service. Loans are available.

Health Insurance *

All regular full-time and regular part-time employees are eligible for health insurance after 30 days of employment. Comprehensive major medical benefit deductibles and co-insurance apply.

Life Insurance With AD&D *

All regular full-time and regular part-time employees are eligible for life insurance after 30 days of employment. PCRMC pays for one times the employee’s annual salary rounded to the nearest thousand dollars. Employee can purchase supplemental and/or dependent coverage.

Dental, Vision, AFLAC Insurance *

All regular full-time and regular part-time employees are eligible for dental, vision, and Aflac insurance after 30 days of employment. This is a Section 125 Cafeteria Plan. The benefits are pre-taxed and are 100% employee paid.

Flexible Spending Account *

All regular full-time and regular part-time employees are eligible for a flexible spending account after 30 days of employment. Pre-tax dollars are set aside for medical and/or child-care expenses.

Medical Care Discount

All regular full-time and regular part-time employees who do NOT ELECT to enroll in the employee health insurance offered by PCRMC are eligible for a medical care discount after 30 days of employment. The employee receives a 25% discount for medical services rendered at PCRMC.

Educational Assistance

All regular full-time and regular part-time employees are eligible for educational assistance after 30 days of employment. Full-time employees for undergraduate courses are eligible for $2,000 per semester/$4,000 per calendar year. Part-time employees for undergraduate courses are eligible for $1,000 per semester/$2,000 per calendar year. Full-time employees for graduate courses are eligible for $5,250 per calendar year and part-time employees are eligible for $2,625 per calendar year.

Pharmacy

All employees are eligible upon employment to use the pharmacy. Purchases are discounted and can be payroll deducted.

Cafeteria

All employees are eligible upon employment to receive a discount at the cafeteria that can be payroll deducted. Coffee and tea are free.

Jury Pay

All employees are eligible after 30 days of employment to receive full salary less jury duty pay if called to jury duty.
