Service: We are here to serve all our customers, patients and their family/visitors, co-workers, including other departments, volunteers and physicians. Our customers are NOT an interruption of our work; they are our reason for being here. We are committed to meeting our customers’ expectations by providing the highest quality of service with utmost care and courtesy.

Safety: A safe environment is necessary for both our patients and staff. It is imperative that we all work together in a collaborative effort to maintain the facility appearance and equipment at all times in an effort to make safety a priority at PCRMC.
