PCRMC Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees at Phelps County Regional Medical Center is the governing board of the Medical Center. The five-member Board has general charge of the business and affairs of the Medical Center. All Board members are elected by residents of Phelps County.

The Board meets monthly to review financial and operational statistics and to set policy for the Medical Center. The Board of Trustees employs the administrative team for the management of daily operations.
