The Phelps Regional Health Care Foundation is a 501(c)3 not-for profit corporation. Our mission is to serve as the philanthropic organization that facilitates charitable donations to support and assist the mission of Phelps County Regional Medical Center in providing for the health care needs of the communities it serves.
Every time you make a donation to the Phelps Regional Health Care Foundation, you are making a donation to support the many needs of the people in your community.
Your donations will go to our Greatest Need Fund unless you designate which of the following funds you would like to support.
• Hospice
• Charity Care
• Breast Center Mammography Fund
• Transportation Outreach Services
• Joy of Caring Fund
• Smile Mobile
Tree of Life supports our "Greatest Need"
The Tree of Life is a large, magnificent cast brass and copper sculpture mounted in PCRMC’s main lobby. There are 84 leaves available on the Tree of Life. These leaves can be personalized to honor someone you love, or memorialize a loved one, leaving a legacy to celebrate the lives of those you cherish.
Donors who choose to place a leaf on the Tree of Life are helping to support the Greatest Need Fund. This is an opportunity to partner with the Foundation and support PCRMC.
The branches on the Tree of Life are full of unique legacy leaves. Each leaf can be purchased for $275, or a dove for $1,000, this includes the engraving fees. The leaves are designed to be a personal message and will be engraved in an elegant brass shaped leaf. The leaf will be displayed on the Tree of Life and it is located in the main entrance of the hospital, right outside the gift shop.
Your contribution to the Foundation is an investment in the future of the hospital and will help ensure that PCRMC will be there when you need medical care. All gifts are 100% tax deductible. The Phelps Regional Health Care Foundation is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization and is non-tax supported.
How do I make a contribution?
You can make a contribution to Phelps Regional Health Care Foundation by filling out the on-line Giving Form and pressing send or you can mail a contribution to Phelps Regional Health Care Foundation at P.O. Box 261, Rolla, Mo. 65401. If you would like more information sent to you please e-mail the Foundation Department at lhartley@pcrmc.com or call (573) 458-7946.
How do I become a Foundation Partner?
The Foundation has established guidelines for joining our Partner Society. Our partners are very important to us and the community it serves. As a partner, you will receive invitations to all of our events, a quarterly newsletter, recognition at our annual donor party, a Christmas letter from our Foundation Board President, Mark Riefer.
